What makes an Avocado mattress 'green'?
Our mattresses are handcrafted in California using GOTS certified organic cotton and wool, and GOLS certified organic latex. We never use toxic flame retardants, PFAS, or petroleum-based foams.
How long is the sleep trial period?
We offer a 365-night sleep trial for our mattresses. We encourage you to sleep on it for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust before deciding if it is the right fit for you.
Do you offer free shipping and returns?
Yes, we provide carbon-neutral shipping for all orders. If you are not completely satisfied during your trial period, we offer full refunds and will arrange for a mattress pickup at no additional cost.
What is the warranty on an Avocado mattress?
Every Avocado Green Mattress comes with a 25-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity to ensure long-term comfort and support.
Do I need a specific foundation for my mattress?
Our mattresses work best on a firm, flat surface. This includes our organic wood bed frames, a traditional box spring in good condition, or a slatted base with slats no more than 5 inches apart.
Are your products certified for safety?
